Participants sign up online and pay for the whole series at once with iDEAL | Wero. Paying in instalments is not part of the standard module; we build it on request. You set the group size per cohort; once a group is full, the next sign-up automatically joins the waiting list and gets notified when a spot opens up. For every session you have an attendance list at hand, so you know exactly who showed up. Course fees land directly in your own Mollie account, with a low flat fee per sign-up — not per session. Built for studios, gyms, music schools, cooking studios, community organisations and anyone working with fixed groups. All amounts incl. VAT and excluding the transaction fees Mollie charges — those run directly through your own Mollie account, outside MijnEvent. Same foundation ## Everything on one account and one dashboard Every module runs on the same backbone as your ticket sales: payments through your own Mollie account with direct payouts, one customer base, one dashboard, passwordless login and WCAG AA accessibility. No separate tools to stitch together. Frequently asked questions ## Frequently asked questions ## What kind of courses is the module for? For everything that consists of multiple sessions: workshops, course series, trainings and recurring classes. Participants sign up online and pay for the whole series at once with iDEAL | Wero. ## What happens when a group is full? The next sign-up automatically joins the waiting list. When a spot opens up — someone withdraws, a payment fails or you enlarge the group — the invitation goes to whoever is first in line, and that spot stays reserved for them for 48 hours. If they do not sign up in time, the invitation moves on to the next person. You set the maximum group size per cohort yourself. ## Can I track attendance? Yes. For every session you have an attendance list at hand, so you know exactly who showed up and who did not. ## Can a participant pay in instalments? Not as standard. We build instalment payments on request: tell us what you need and we will discuss the cost and the timeline. ## Can I place someone in a group myself, or move them to another group? Both. For anyone who does not sign up online you place a participant yourself, with a payment link you forward or free of charge. And if someone ended up in the wrong group — a puppy course when the dog is already too old for it — you move them along with their payment. The seat in the old group frees up and its waiting list advances immediately. If the new group costs more or less, you see the difference; settling it is your call and never happens automatically. ## Can members get a lower course price? Yes. Alongside the regular price you set a member rate per group. If someone signs up with valid proof of membership — the QR on their membership card or a member token from your own website — that rate applies automatically. Without valid proof they pay the regular price. ## Can I collect extra details at sign-up? Yes, with the attendee details module. You link a form to a course and to the groups you choose, and ask exactly what you need — at a dog school, say, the breed, date of birth and chip number. The deadline counts back from the first lesson, and the link sits in the same email as the series pass. ## Can I copy a group for a new intake? Yes. Duplicate group creates a new group with the same price, places and lessons on a new start date; every lesson keeps its time. A whole course can be copied with or without its groups. Enrolments, attendance and the waiting list never come along. ## What does the courses module cost? €0.50 per enrollment — not per session. Free series are always fee-free and it is never a percentage.
