You have a date, a venue and an idea — and now something needs to exist where people can actually buy a ticket. At MijnEvent that is one form, at least one ticket type and a button. After that your event is live on your own subdomain, with a real payment behind it.
Say what is happening
Name, date, venue and a description. The web address is derived from the title automatically — one less thing to think about.
Put tickets underneath
Every ticket type gets a price and, if you want, a limit. Without a ticket type there is nothing to sell, so this is the only genuine requirement.
Take it live
Publishing is a single button. From that moment your page is online and people can pay — and you can keep editing everything afterwards.
Not a fourteen-screen wizard you lose track of halfway. One form, one list of ticket types, one publish button.
Name, start and end date, venue and region, plus a description in your own words. Optionally you switch on the sales window, an order-level service fee, a donation field or time slots right here. Rather talk than type? The AI wizard asks you a few questions and fills in the form for you — you read it back and correct whatever is off.
Early bird, standard, child, VIP — make as many as you need, each with its own price and an optional limit. Got a long list? Sort them into groups and drag them into the order your visitor should see. Free tickets are fine too: set the price to zero.
Once your Mollie account is connected and your organisation details are complete, the publish button comes alive. Your event appears on your own subdomain, visitors pay with iDEAL | Wero or another method, and the money lands straight in your account.

The form is longer than this, but these are the four choices that decide how your sales run.
A name, a price in euros and a description that ends up on the card. You can switch a type off temporarily without deleting it — handy when the early bird window has closed but you still want to see the numbers.
Give each ticket type its own limit, or let several of them draw from the same pot. A hundred seats filled by adults and children alike is one counter, not two lists you have to add up yourself. Leave it blank and there is no limit at all.
Per ticket type you can add an amount on top of the price, and once more per order. You invent the label yourself — “booking fee” or “venue contribution” — and the visitor sees it as a separate line at checkout. That money is yours, not ours.
A draft is visible only to you and your team; a visitor sees at most that something is coming. Separately, a sales start and end date decide when the buy button works. And you choose whether to show how many tickets are left or keep that to yourself.
The shape differs, the route does not: set it up, add tickets, go live.
A party, a performance, the annual do. Two ticket types — members and non-members — and you are done. Nothing to learn that you will have forgotten again by next year.
Early bird, standard, on the door, plus a combi ticket for the whole weekend. Put them in groups so your visitor does not scroll past twenty lines, and pull the early bird out the moment it sells through.
Several performance dates under one heading, each with its own capacity. Visitors pick their night at checkout instead of you maintaining four separate pages.
A conference or client day where some people pay and others come by invitation. Free ticket types carry no platform fee, so your guests are literally free.
We would rather be honest now than when you are halfway in.
Without a connected Mollie account and complete organisation details the publish button stays off — otherwise there would be a selling page online that nobody can pay on. Want to look around calmly first? Switch on demo mode: you can publish and order without any real money moving.
Duplicate turns an event into a draft for the next edition, with its ticket types, time slots and texts. Discount codes and the guest list deliberately stay behind; you set those up again for each edition. And a series that repeats itself every month isn’t something you can set up yet: you duplicate each edition yourself.
You cannot set an event to publish itself at 10am on Friday. What you can do: publish it now and let sales open at 10am on Friday. The page is there, the buy button simply is not working yet.
