Built for organizers

As an organizer, MijnEvent lets you sell tickets through your own subdomain, such as yourorganisation.mijnevent.nl, with your own logo and branding. You connect your own Mollie account, so every payment lands directly in your own bank account — there is no intermediary balance and no payout weeks after your event. The cost is a flat €0.50 per sold paid ticket on Pay as you go; free tickets are always fee-free and there is no subscription or setup cost. Per ticket type you set the price, capacity, sales window and optional service fee with your own label. For the door you invite inspectors who scan QR codes with their phones, without access to your management or finances. Selling structurally higher volumes? The Organizer plan lowers the fee to €0.25 per ticket.

Around that core sits everything an organizer needs in practice: discount codes, waiting lists for sold-out ticket types, safe resale within a price cap you define, live sales statistics and automatic ticket confirmations by email. The ticket shop meets WCAG AA accessibility requirements, so every visitor — including those with a visual or motor impairment — can buy tickets independently. And if you get stuck, you simply talk to someone who built the platform themselves.
