For BNI chapters and other business networks, MijnEvent handles sign-ups for your recurring meeting, breakfast event, networking drinks or masterclass at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold. Members join for free, and a free sign-up is always entirely fee-free, so for your regular members you pay nothing. The guest or visitor who drops by once buys a paid guest ticket and pays in advance by iDEAL. A recurring meeting is recreated in a minute, with the same ticket types and capacity, so you do not start from scratch every week. Everyone receives a confirmation with a QR code by email. For the host you export a name list as CSV in advance, so you know who is coming and who is bringing a guest. At the door you check everyone in with an ordinary phone, which puts no-shows in view straight away. The proceeds from guest tickets land directly in your own account through your own Mollie account.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

What does signing up for a networking meeting cost?
Pay as you go is the default: €0.50 flat per paid ticket sold, with no subscription and no percentage. Free member tickets cost nothing, so for your regular members you pay nothing. Only paid guest tickets count. If you run many paid gatherings, the organiser subscription (€14.95 once per event plus €0.25 per ticket) can be more favourable.
Can members join for free and only guests pay?
Yes. You create a free member ticket and a paid guest ticket. Members sign up at no cost and are always entirely fee-free, the guest pays in advance by iDEAL.
How do I quickly create a new meeting each week?
You duplicate an existing meeting with the same ticket types, prices and capacity, change the date and put it live. The sign-up for the next edition is ready in a minute.
Our host wants a name list in advance to prepare the meeting. Is that possible?
Yes. You export the current list of sign-ups as CSV at any moment, including who is a member and who is bringing a guest. That way the host knows exactly who is at the table beforehand.
