For equestrian event organisations and riding clubs, MijnEvent handles both public entrance and class registrations, at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket or paid registration (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per event), without a subscription. Visitors buy their entrance ticket online and are scanned at the gate; combinations register per class with exactly the details the competition office needs — rider, horse or pony, class and ring preference — with registration and payment in one. Friends, donors and sponsors of the event get their own page, and mailings to participants and public go out from the same system: the programme, the start list announcement and, afterwards, an automatic feedback question. Free entrance and volunteers cost nothing. Revenue runs through the organisation’s own Mollie account and lands directly in the bank account.
