For gymnastics clubs, MijnEvent handles ticket sales for the annual show at a flat rate of €0.50 per sold paid ticket (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per event), without a subscription. Parents and grandparents pick their seat on the theatre or sports hall layout, and free tickets for members and volunteers are always fee-free. Lesson registrations run in the same environment: trial lessons, selection groups and regular classes, payment included, with automatic contribution reminders per member. Club clothing and leotards sell through your own web shop — ordered and paid online, collected at training, with no shipping costs and no coach fronting the money. Mailings to parents and members go out from the same system, and after the show an automatic feedback question follows. Revenue runs through the club’s own Mollie account and lands directly in the club bank account.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list. This applies to public events; a private event with only free tickets behind an access code costs € 50 per event from 5 November 2026.
