Ticketing for village culture houses
Your own programming deserves its own box office: ticket sales per show, friends of the house and audience building in one place.
For village halls, culture houses and multifunctional venues with their own programming, MijnEvent handles ticket sales per show, film or concert at a flat rate of €0.50 per sold paid ticket (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per show), without a subscription — a fit for a programme of a few dozen nights per season. Visitors pick their seat on your own hall layout if you like, and free tickets for volunteer nights are always fee-free. Friends and donors of the house are recruited and retained on their own page, and with the newsletter and mailing modules you announce the programme without separate mailing lists. After every show an automatic feedback question goes out, so you know what your audience wants to see again. Revenue runs through the foundation’s own Mollie account and lands directly in the bank account — important for a house that watches every euro.
This is what it solves
Ticket sales at the bar and by email
Visitors order online and pay with iDEAL | Wero — the volunteer behind the bar no longer runs a cash register.
Audience building without a system
Newsletter, mailings and a feedback question after every show — that is how you build a regular audience.
Friends of the house in a notebook
Donors and friends on their own page, with automatic reminders for the yearly contribution.
Everything you need
- Ticket sales per show, film or concert
- Seat selection on your own hall layout
- Friends and donors page for the foundation
- Newsletter and automatic feedback question
Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list. This applies to public events; a private event with only free tickets behind an access code costs € 50 per event from 5 November 2026.
