Registrations for conferences and member meetings
You run the annual conference, the AGM and a few networking drinks, with a member rate that adds up and an attendee list that stays in order.
For trade associations, MijnEvent handles registrations for your conference, member meeting, AGM, networking event or trade fair at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold, with no subscription and no percentage of the amount. You create separate ticket types for members and non-members, and with a discount code you give members their member rate while externals pay the regular price. Free spots for speakers, board or press are always entirely fee-free. Attendees register in advance through your own subdomain, pay by iDEAL and immediately receive their confirmation with a QR code by email. The business attendee who needs a receipt for their expense claim gets a properly documented confirmation. At the entrance you scan the QR with an ordinary phone, so your guest list stays accurate and you keep no-shows in view. The proceeds land directly in your own account through your own Mollie account.

Members should pay less than externals, but in a loose sign-up form that quickly gets tangled. With separate ticket types and a discount code for members the rate is fixed and nobody can pick the wrong amount.
Attendees want a receipt for their employer
Business attendees need to claim their attendance and ask for a documented confirmation. A proof of payment by email plus a CSV export of all attendees keeps the admin simple afterwards.
No-shows at free gatherings
You book a room and catering numbers based on sign-ups, but at a free AGM not everyone turns up. With registration in advance and check-in at the door you see exactly who actually attended.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

What does registration for a conference or member meeting cost?
Pay as you go is the default: €0.50 flat per paid ticket sold, with no subscription and no percentage of the amount. Free spots for speakers or board cost nothing. If you run many paid gatherings, the organiser subscription (€14.95 once per event plus €0.25 per ticket) is cheaper from around 60 attendees.
Can members get a lower rate than non-members?
Yes. You create a ticket type for members and one for non-members, or you share a discount code with your members that applies the member rate automatically at checkout. Externals see and pay the regular price.
Do attendees get a receipt for their employer?
Every attendee receives a confirmation with proof of payment by email, suitable for expense claims. You also export the full attendee list as CSV for your own admin.
We have speakers and sessions with a limited number of spots per workshop. Is that possible?
Yes. Create a separate ticket type for each session or workshop with a capacity, so a busy breakout closes automatically once it is full while the main conference carries on. That way you never sell more spots than a room can hold.
