For business clubs, MijnEvent handles the sign-ups, payment and guest registration for networking drinks, business dinners, sponsor evenings and matchday or VIP packages, at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold and with no subscription or start-up costs. You give members their own rate with a discount code, while guests and non-members pay the regular price, so you see in one overview who is attending on behalf of which company. A members-only event you set up unpublished and share only through your own subdomain such as yourclub.mijnevent.nl, your newsletter or LinkedIn. At the door or in the business lounge, the club manager or volunteers scan the QR codes with their phones, without access to the finances or settings. Revenue runs through the club's Mollie account and lands directly in the club account, and with the CSV export you easily follow up afterwards on which relations you spoke to. Free guests — sponsors or honorary members — are always entirely fee-free.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

What does a business club event cost via MijnEvent?
A flat €0.50 per paid ticket sold (incl. VAT), with no subscription or start-up costs. If you organise events regularly, there is a rate of €14.95 per event with €0.25 per ticket. Free guests cost nothing.
Can members get a different rate than guests?
Yes. You set a discount code for members so they pay their own rate, while guests and non-members see the regular price. That keeps the member benefit visible without a separate sales page.
Can we organise a members-only event?
Yes. A private event you set up unpublished: it is not findable on your public page and only reachable via the direct link you share with your members, for example in the newsletter or a chat group.
We offer matchday and VIP packages — can that have multiple tiers?
Yes. You create multiple ticket types, for example a business seat, a VIP table and a parking spot, each with their own price, capacity and optional service fees. That way you sell different packages side by side on the same page.
