Members, volunteers and sponsors receive a fee-free complimentary ticket, while guests simply pay in advance by iDEAL through your own page such as yourclub.mijnevent.nl. You set up a season pass as a single ticket type granting access to several home matches, alongside single tickets per fixture; for a youth tournament you let teams register through a team registration as a separate ticket type with its own capacity. A discount code easily handles the member rate, and service fees per ticket type can be set for, say, a canteen consumption. The proceeds run through the club's own Mollie account and land directly in the association bank account, well before kick-off. At the gate and in the canteen, volunteers scan the QR codes with their own phone, with no view of finances or member data.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

Yes. You create a team registration as a separate ticket type with its own capacity, so you can see per group how many teams are full. With the CSV export of the attendee list you immediately have the fixture overview for the tournament committee.
