Ticketing for Kiwanis children's and family events
Serving the Children of the World, locally and concretely. We handle ticketing for your family day or fundraiser so the proceeds reach the children as fully as possible.
For Kiwanis, MijnEvent handles online ticketing for family-friendly events and fundraising for children and youth, at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold, with no subscription or start-up costs. Because the fee is a fixed amount per ticket and does not rise with the price, nearly all the proceeds go to the youth cause the club works for. You set up a family day with several ticket types: adult admission, a family ticket and single tickets per children's activity such as a bouncy castle, craft workshop or pancake stall, each with its own price and capacity. Children under a certain age receive a free ticket, and free tickets are always entirely fee-free. Visitors pay in advance with iDEAL through their own subdomain such as yourclub.mijnevent.nl, which keeps the entrance calmer on the day and frees up volunteers for the activities rather than the till. The proceeds run through the club's own Mollie account and land directly in the club account.
This is what it solves
Selling children's activities with a single ticket
Set up each activity — bouncy castle, face painting, pancakes — as its own ticket type with separate price and capacity, so families choose in advance exactly what they want to do.
Young children should join for free
A free child ticket under a certain age is always fee-free, so young families are welcome without it touching the proceeds for the youth cause.
Volunteers needed for the activities, not the till
Because visitors pay in advance with iDEAL, there is no queue at the till on the day and you deploy your people at the bouncy castles and stalls.
Everything you need
- Single tickets per children's activity as separate ticket types with their own capacity
- Free children's tickets under an age limit are fee-free
- Family ticket alongside single admission on the same page
- Nearly all proceeds to the youth cause — a low flat fee, money straight to the club account
Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

What does a Kiwanis family day cost through MijnEvent?
A flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold (incl. VAT), with no subscription or start-up costs. For a large event with many tickets, the Organiser plan (€14.95 per event, €0.25 per ticket) is cheaper from roughly 60 tickets onwards.
Can we sell single tickets for the bouncy castle or craft corner?
Yes, you set up each children's activity as a separate ticket type with its own price and capacity. So alongside admission you sell single tokens or tickets for the bouncy castle, face painting or a pancake stall.
Do we pay for free children's tickets?
No. Free tickets — for example for children under an age limit — are always entirely fee-free. You only pay the €0.50 on paid tickets.
Our activities have limited spots per time slot — can we cap that?
Yes, you set a capacity per ticket type, so a craft workshop or a pony ride is never overbooked. If an activity is full, parents can join the waiting list and are notified automatically as soon as a spot opens up.
