King’s Day, festival week and village fair: entrance online, donors without envelopes and registrations for the village games — all in one place.
For Orange associations and village festival committees, MijnEvent handles entrance for the festival tent, party nights and activities at a flat rate of €0.50 per sold paid ticket (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per event), without a subscription. Visitors pay in advance with iDEAL | Wero and at the tent a volunteer scans the QR code — no cash desk with change on a party night. You track members and donors with automatic contribution reminders, so the yearly round of envelopes along the doors can be retired. Member pricing works through separate ticket types, and free tickets for members and children are always fee-free. Registrations for the village games, parade or children’s afternoon run in the same system, as does village merchandise through your own web shop. Revenue runs through the association’s own Mollie account and lands directly in the bank account.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list. This applies to public events; a private event with only free tickets behind an access code costs € 50 per event from 5 November 2026.

What does it cost for an Orange association?
There are no fixed costs and no subscription: you pay €0.50 per sold paid ticket (incl. VAT), or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 once per festival. Free tickets for members and children cost nothing. Selling more than roughly sixty tickets per festival makes the Organiser plan cheaper.
Can members get a discount on entrance?
Yes, you create separate ticket types for members and non-members, each with its own price and capacity. Free member tickets are completely fee-free, so the member discount costs the association nothing.
How does the donor administration work?
With the memberships module you track donors and members, collect the yearly contribution via iDEAL | Wero and reminders send themselves — no envelopes and no loose lists.
