For Orange associations and village festival committees, MijnEvent handles entrance for the festival tent, party nights and activities at a flat rate of €0.50 per sold paid ticket (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per event), without a subscription. Visitors pay in advance with iDEAL | Wero and at the tent a volunteer scans the QR code — no cash desk with change on a party night. You track members and donors with automatic contribution reminders, so the yearly round of envelopes along the doors can be retired. Member pricing works through separate ticket types, and free tickets for members and children are always fee-free. Registrations for the village games, parade or children’s afternoon run in the same system, as does village merchandise through your own web shop. Revenue runs through the association’s own Mollie account and lands directly in the bank account. Free tickets for members and children cost nothing. Selling more than roughly sixty tickets per festival makes the Organiser plan cheaper. ## Can members get a discount on entrance? Yes, you create separate ticket types for members and non-members, each with its own price and capacity.
