Guests buy their ticket in advance through your own page such as yourclub.mijnevent.nl and pay by iDEAL, so the evening itself begins calmly and hospitably. You set up separate ticket types for a members-only gathering alongside the open charity event, and you give each type its own price, capacity and sales window; honorary members or speakers receive a fee-free complimentary ticket. The full proceeds run through the club's own Mollie account and land directly in the association bank account, ready to forward to projects for women and girls. At the entrance a board member scans the QR codes with an ordinary phone, with no view of finances or donor data. The ticket shop is also WCAG AA accessible, fitting for a club that holds inclusion in high regard.

No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.
