For marksmen guilds, MijnEvent handles entrance for guild festivals, federation days and jubilees at a flat rate of €0.50 per sold paid ticket (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per event), without a subscription. Visitors pay in advance with iDEAL | Wero and at the entrance a volunteer scans the QR code with an ordinary phone — even with thousands of visitors. You track members and contributions with automatic reminders, while friends, donors and jubilee committees get their own page. Guild and festival merchandise sells through your own web shop: ordered and paid online, collected at the guild house or at the festival. Free tickets for members and guests are always fee-free, and mailings to members and the village go out from the same system. Revenue runs through the guild’s own Mollie account and lands directly in the bank account.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list. This applies to public events; a private event with only free tickets behind an access code costs € 50 per event from 5 November 2026.

What does it cost for a marksmen guild?
There are no fixed costs and no subscription: you pay €0.50 per sold paid ticket (incl. VAT), or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 once per festival. Free tickets for members and guests cost nothing. Selling more than roughly sixty tickets makes the Organiser plan cheaper.
Does it work at a large federation festival with thousands of visitors?
Yes. Several volunteers scan at the same time with their own phones, at multiple entrances if needed. You see live how many visitors are inside and sales simply continue during the festival.
Can we track members and contributions?
Yes, the memberships module tracks members, collects contributions via iDEAL | Wero and sends automatic reminders — also useful for friends circles and jubilee committee donors.
