Merchandise & web shop

Festival shirts, club items or local products — sell them through your own subdomain and Mollie connection, with pickup at your event, without a separate web shop subscription.

Your own web shop on your subdomain — the same Mollie connection, one administration Variants (such as size or edition), stock management and oversell protection On-site pickup with a QR collection pass — free fulfilment, no shipping costs, no returns
The product page with variant picker and live total

The merchandise module lets you sell physical products through your own subdomain and the same Mollie connection you already use for tickets — your own web shop, without a separate subscription and without a second payment provider. You create products with variants (such as size or edition), stock and photos. Visitors order in advance and pay with iDEAL | Wero; stock is reserved instantly. They collect at the event itself: they have their QR collection pass scanned by your crew, and double pickups are impossible. Shipping to a home address deliberately is not part of the module — no parcels, no shipping costs, no returns hassle. Revenue lands directly in your own Mollie account and the fee is a low flat amount per order, never a percentage of your revenue. Built for festivals, bands, clubs, associations and local makers.

See it in action

Selling merchandise at your event — ordered ahead, picked up on site

Video in Dutch.

No boxes, no parcels, no returns hassle. Visitors order online in advance and collect their shirt at the stand.

How it works

From order to pickup desk

  1. Add products with variants (sizes, colours) and stock to your shop
  2. The visitor orders and pays with iDEAL | Wero — stock is reserved instantly
  3. The pickup pass with QR code lands in their inbox
  4. At the event your crew scans the QR and hands over the order — double pickups are impossible
