With the food truck module, visitors order in two ways: by QR on their own phone (pick from the menu, pay with iDEAL | Wero or wallet balance) or simply at the counter — every truck has its own register screen where the operator takes the order and settles it with cash, their own card machine or the Mollie payment terminal. Both flows share the same queue numbers and the same kitchen display. Invite the operator by email and they manage their own orders, menu availability and register in their own mobile portal — without access to your admin area. Online revenue runs through the organisation's Mollie account; per truck you see exactly what was sold, what you still owe, and you can withhold a commission percentage if you like. Built for food festivals, events with multiple stalls, markets and food courts that want to get rid of the till queue.
From order to gate

- The kitchen works the chain on the kitchen display: ordered → preparing → ready
- At pickup the crew scans the QR — only orders marked ready are handed over
