Event feedback

Hear what your visitors really thought. Once, afterwards, only to those who attended — and you see the results guaranteed anonymous.

Only to visitors who checked in — those who attended, not everyone with a ticket Six question types: single choice, multiple choice, open question, 1–5 scale, yes/no and NPS score Compose your own questions, reorder them or start from a ready-made template
The results dashboard: response rate, averages, NPS and town distribution — fully anonymous

With Event feedback you send one short survey after your event to exactly the people who were actually there — not everyone with a ticket, but whoever checked in. You compose the questions yourself (multiple choice, open question, a 1-to-5 scale, yes/no and an NPS score), tailor the invitation email in your own style and send. Visitors fill in the survey through a personal link, without logging in, on any phone. The special part is the anonymity: answers are technically decoupled from the visitor, so you never see who filled in what — no name, no email address. You do see a clear chart per question, your response rate and, if visitors entered it at checkout, which towns they came from. Open answers you read as a list, without identifiable data. You can send up to one month after your event, and only once per event — a feedback round is not a newsletter. What it gives you: honest feedback to make your next edition better, and hard figures for your sponsors and funders.

See it in action

Attendee feedback after your event — and nobody sees who said what

Video in Dutch.

With Terugblik you ask attendees afterwards what they thought. Answers are anonymous — not because we promise it, but because it cannot work any other way.

How it works

From closing time to insight

  1. Your event has ended — in management the button to send a feedback round appears
  2. Compose your questions (or pick a template) and tailor the invitation email
  3. Check the number of recipients, send a test mail first, then send
  4. Visitors respond anonymously; you see the results as charts in your management

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Who receives the feedback round?

Only the visitors who actually checked in at your event. That way you ask feedback from people who were really there and can answer your questions well. If you did not scan, you can deliberately choose to email all paid ticket buyers, with a clear warning attached.

How anonymous is it really?

Completely. Answers are decoupled from the sending list in storage: there is no key linking a response to a name, email or order. You never see who filled in what. For that reason we only show results from five responses, and town from twenty — otherwise a single response could still be traceable.

What does a feedback round cost?

Up to 25 recipients it is free, and your very first round is free anyway. Above that a single flat €10 per round, however big your event — never a percentage. The amount is adjustable per organisation, down to €0.

How long can I send a feedback round?

Up to one month after your event end date, and once per event. After that the option lapses — a feedback round is about this event and is deliberately not an ongoing mail channel.

What if almost nobody responds?

That can happen at a small event. That is why the module is free up to 25 recipients, we show upfront how many people you send to, and you can have a reminder sent to those who did not respond yet — which raises the response rate considerably.
