Partner tickets
Your partners send their own guest tickets, with their own logo and letter. You see who came and settle per partner.
At a fair every exhibitor gets a stack of guest tickets for their customers. At a festival the main sponsor has a quota of free tickets, and in an association every department gives tickets to its own contacts. Usually that runs on lists by e-mail, paper tickets and counting afterwards. With the partner tickets module every partner gets their own page in your branding. There the partner sends tickets themselves, with their own logo and covering letter. You set a free quota per partner and a price for every ticket above it. Afterwards you see per partner how many tickets were sent and scanned, and what there is to settle.

From invitation to settlement
- Create a round for your event and set the free quota and the price per extra ticket
- Add your partners with logo and contact person and send them an invitation
- The partner sets a PIN and sends tickets, with a personal line per recipient
- At the door you scan the tickets like any other ticket
- Afterwards you export per partner what was sent, scanned and is to be settled
What is included
- Every partner sends tickets from their own page, without an account: an invitation link and a PIN are enough
- The partner's logo and letter appear in the e-mail and on the ticket: "offered by" instead of an anonymous free ticket
- A free quota per partner for the whole event, with a counter the partner sees too
- Settle on scanned or on sent tickets: you choose what your partners pay
- Revoke or resend tickets as long as they have not been scanned
- Partners only see their own recipients; you see everything and export the settlement per partner
Low flat fees — never a percentage
- A single flat €150 per event or fair, with unlimited partners and unlimited partner tickets. The tickets themselves are free: no fee per ticket. What you charge your partners for tickets above their free quota is up to you. Adjustable per organisation, down to €0.
