You get a custom-built website with its own content management system, on your own domain and in your own branding, with your MijnEvent modules running inside it: visitors buy a ticket, book a boat, sign up for a course or become a member without ever leaving your site. Design and build are done by Coding Agency; the connection to your ticketing, the wallet passes and the on-site check-in come from MijnEvent. The site ships findable as standard — not only in Google, but in the answers of ChatGPT and Perplexity too: with structured data, an llms.txt and quotable text blocks. If you already have a website that has aged, we renew it while keeping the findability you built up, including a full redirect of your old addresses. You choose whether to pay for the build up front with a low monthly rate afterwards, or roll everything into the monthly amount. No separate tools to stitch together. Frequently asked questions ## Frequently asked questions ## Who builds the website? Design and development are done by Coding Agency, the agency behind MijnEvent. They build the site to measure, including the content management system and the hosting. MijnEvent supplies the platform underneath: your ticketing, rentals, memberships and on-site check-in. You have one point of contact and one invoice. ## What does it cost? That depends on how large your site becomes. A basic website starts at €450 one-off plus €49 per month; if you would rather not invest anything up front, the monthly rate is higher. Larger projects — a theatre with seating plans, a festival with camping and food trucks — have their own rate. You always get a fixed price up front. ## When am I invoiced? The monthly rate is invoiced per calendar year, by direct debit. Start in September and you only pay September through December; on 1 January the first full annual invoice follows. The one-off build amount is paid in three instalments: at the start, on delivery and after go-live. ## I already have a website. Can it be brought up to date? Yes, and that is often the better choice — you keep the findability you have built up. We start with a short analysis of your current site, and redirect all your old web addresses properly to the new ones. Without that you lose your position in Google, which is usually the most expensive thing that can happen. ## Will visitors notice MijnEvent is behind it? Not on your site: that is entirely yours. At checkout the visitor enters the secure payment environment, as with any web shop — and we can put that in your colours. Afterwards they return to your own site. ## What happens if I stop? With the up-front investment route the site is yours; stopping the monthly rate only ends the maintenance and hosting with us. With the no-investment route a minimum term of 36 months applies, because the build is covered within it. We set that out in advance so you know where you stand.
