For merchant, retailer and local business associations, MijnEvent handles the online ticket sales and sign-ups for events such as a street fair, Christmas market, late-night shopping, members' evening or the annual AGM, at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold and without a subscription. Visitors and members pay in advance with iDEAL through a dedicated subdomain such as yourassociation.mijnevent.nl, which you share through the newsletter, the town-centre website or social media. With multiple ticket types you sell visitor tickets alongside market stalls to stallholders or a members' package, each with their own price and capacity; free tickets for members, volunteers or the municipality are always entirely fee-free. At the entrance or on the square, volunteers scan the QR codes with their phones, even outdoors in bright light. Revenue runs through the association's Mollie account and lands directly in the bank account, and with the CSV export you keep the attendee and stallholder list neatly in order.

No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

What does it cost?

No subscription, no setup costs: you pay €0.25 or €0.50 per sold paid ticket (incl. VAT), depending on your plan. Free tickets are always fee-free. Selling high volumes? The Organizer plan lowers the fee to €0.25.

What does ticketing cost for a merchant association?

A flat €0.50 per paid ticket sold (incl. VAT), without a subscription or start-up costs. For a large event with many tickets, the Organizer plan (€14.95 per event, €0.25 per ticket) is cheaper from around 60 tickets. Free tickets cost nothing.

Can we sell market stalls to stallholders?

Yes. A stall is set up as a separate ticket type with its own price and capacity, so you never sell more stalls than fit. The stallholder receives a QR confirmation that you scan on the day.

Does it also work for a free members' evening or AGM?

Yes. You then use the system as a registration tool: members sign up, receive an email confirmation and free tickets are entirely fee-free. With the CSV export you instantly have a tidy attendance list.

Our street fair has free entry but we want to count visitors — is that possible?

Yes. You create a free visitor ticket, which is entirely fee-free, and see live via the check-in how many people are inside. Visitors who arrive without a ticket you still give one on the square via a QR poster.
