For Round Table and Ladies' Circle, MijnEvent handles online ticketing for both private members' events and open charity nights, at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold, with no subscription or start-up costs. As a service club of young entrepreneurs you run a networking dinner for members alongside a public charity night, both arranged from the same subdomain such as yourtable.mijnevent.nl. You set the difference between member and guest rates with a discount code: members get the lower rate through a code, guests pay the regular price, and the discount changes nothing about the fixed fee per ticket. You keep a private members' night out of the shop window by not publishing the event and sharing the link only in the table app. Visitors pay in advance with iDEAL and the proceeds land directly in the table account via its own Mollie account. Sponsor tables, dinner tickets and a separate guest ticket are set up as individual ticket types with their own price and capacity.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

What does ticketing for a table night cost?
A flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold (incl. VAT), with no subscription or start-up costs. For a larger charity night, the Organiser plan (€14.95 per event, €0.25 per ticket) is cheaper from roughly 60 tickets onwards.
How do we arrange a lower member rate?
You create a discount code that members get through the table app; with it they pay the member rate and guests the regular price. The flat fee of €0.50 per ticket stays the same, because it does not drop due to a discount code.
Can we keep a night private for members only?
Yes. Do not publish the event and it appears nowhere publicly, then share the direct link only in the private table app. That keeps a members' night private while an open charity night does stay findable.
A member sometimes brings a guest along — can we set a separate rate for that?
Yes, create a guest ticket as a separate ticket type at its own price, optionally with its own capacity so the number of guests stays manageable. The member buys their own ticket with the member code and the guest ticket alongside it, all in the same order.
