For clubs and associations, MijnEvent is a ticketing system without fixed costs: you only pay €0.50 per sold paid ticket, and free tickets — for members, volunteers or donors — are always completely fee-free. Ticket revenue is paid directly into the club account through your own Mollie account, with no intermediary balance and no waiting period. Your club gets its own subdomain such as yourclub.mijnevent.nl, which you share through the newsletter, the club website or the group chat. Door control works with the free QR scanner on an ordinary phone; you invite volunteers as inspectors without giving them access to management or finances. Creating a performance, concert or club party takes a board member ten minutes at most, and it requires no technical knowledge or annual contract.

What does ticketing cost for a club?

Do we need our own Mollie account?
Yes, ticket sales run through your club's Mollie account, so the money lands directly in the club bank account. Creating a Mollie account is free and can be done in the club's name; you only need the club's chamber of commerce number and IBAN.
Can volunteers scan tickets without management access?
Yes. You invite volunteers as inspectors: they can only scan tickets at the entrance and see no finances, visitor data or settings.
Why use tickets for a small or free event — a message in the group chat works too, right?
A ticket is a commitment: someone who got hold of a ticket shows up more often than someone who gave a thumbs-up. You also see live how many people are inside and how many are still coming, you come across as professional, and free tickets cost nothing — they are always fee-free.
