Ticket sales for shows with multiple performance dates
You play the same show five nights in a row, and every night has its own hall that must be exactly full, not overfull.
For amateur and semi-professional theatre companies, MijnEvent handles ticket sales for your show, premiere or try-out at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold, with no subscription. If you play the same production on multiple dates, you create a separate ticket type or event for each performance date, each with its own capacity to match that night's hall. That way you sell each performance full separately without overbooking a single night. You give the premiere its own price alongside the regular performances, and you put the try-out on the market at a lower amount. Friends-pass holders receive their discount at checkout through a discount code. Visitors buy online in advance through your own subdomain, pay by iDEAL and immediately receive their ticket with a QR code by email. At the door you check everyone in with an ordinary phone. The proceeds land directly in the company's account through your own Mollie account.

A double-sold hall
Nothing is as awkward as sending two visitors to the same spot. With a capacity per performance, sales for that night close automatically once the hall is full, while the other dates carry on.
Premiere, try-out and friends-pass mixed up
The premiere costs more, the try-out less, and your friends get a discount. With separate ticket types per kind of performance and a discount code for the friends-pass, every price is fixed and nobody picks the wrong amount.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

What do ticket sales for a show cost?
Pay as you go is the default: €0.50 flat per paid ticket sold, with no subscription and no percentage of the ticket price. If you play a run of well-attended performances, the organiser subscription (€14.95 once per event plus €0.25 per ticket) is cheaper from around 60 tickets per night.

We do not yet offer seat selection or a floor plan, and we are honest about that. For each performance you do set a capacity to match that night's hall, so you never sell more tickets than there are places and nobody ends up on a double seat.
