For choirs, MijnEvent handles ticket sales for concerts and performances at a flat rate of €0.50 per sold paid ticket (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per event), without a subscription. Loyal concertgoers pick their own seat in the church or hall through the reserved seating module, and free tickets for members and guests are always completely fee-free. In the same environment you also keep the membership records — per voice group, with automatic contribution reminders — while project singers register online for a project choir or scratch day, payment included. Friends and donors of the choir get their own page, so the circle of friends is maintained as carefully as the member list. Revenue runs through the association’s own Mollie account and lands directly in the bank account. Creating a concert takes a board member ten minutes at most, with no technical knowledge required.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list. This applies to public events; a private event with only free tickets behind an access code costs € 50 per event from 5 November 2026.

What does ticketing cost for a choir?
There are no fixed costs and no subscription: you pay €0.50 per sold paid ticket (incl. VAT), or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 once per concert. Free tickets for members or guests cost nothing. Selling more than roughly sixty tickets per concert makes the Organiser plan cheaper.
Can visitors pick a fixed seat in the church?
Yes, with the reserved seating module. You draw your church or hall floor plan once — sections, rows and seats — and reuse it for every concert. Visitors pick their seat on a zoomable map; wheelchair spots and companion seats are built in.
