Festival ticketing
Early birds, queues, resale and a gate that needs to keep moving — it is all included. At a flat fee that does not grow with your ticket price.
For festivals, MijnEvent charges a flat fee of €0.50 per sold ticket regardless of the ticket price — on a €45 ticket you pay exactly the same fee as on a €15 ticket, where percentage-based platforms easily skim €2 to €5 per ticket. You sell through your own festival subdomain with multiple ticket types such as early bird, regular and VIP, each with its own capacity and sales window. When a ticket type sells out, the built-in waiting list captures demand, and controlled resale lets tickets change hands safely within the price cap you set — no scalping on resale sites. At the gate, your inspectors scan QR codes with their phones, even across multiple lanes at once. Revenue runs through your own Mollie account and lands directly in your bank account, which significantly eases cash flow during the build-up phase.
This is what it solves
Percentage fees on expensive tickets
At 5-12% commission, a festival with €45 tickets quickly pays thousands. With MijnEvent it stays €0.50 per ticket — flat.
Scalping on resale sites
Built-in resale lets tickets change hands safely, within the maximum price you define.
Cash flow only after the event
Payments run through your own Mollie account and land directly in your bank account — no payout weeks after the show.

What does festival ticketing cost?
A flat €0.50 per sold ticket (incl. VAT), independent of your ticket price. At high volume, the Organizer plan (€14.95 per event, €0.25 per ticket) or a custom rate is often cheaper.
Can visitors resell their tickets safely?
Yes. Per ticket type you decide whether resale is allowed and what the maximum price is. On resale the old ticket is invalidated and the buyer receives a new QR code — a resold ticket can never be used twice.
How fast is check-in at the gate?
Inspectors scan QR codes with an ordinary phone, with instant green/red results. You can invite unlimited inspectors and scan multiple lanes at once; every scan is registered so a ticket can only enter once.
