Ticketing for alumni and former-member associations
Reach the year group you already know, handle sign-ups in a single link, and collect a little support for the association alongside the dinner contribution.
A reunion by year group, a networking drinks night or the anniversary dinner: an alumni association is all about people you already know but rarely reach all at once. MijnEvent handles the sign-up at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold — no subscription, no percentage. You share one sign-up link in the mailing to the former members already in your records; they register, pay in advance with iDEAL and appear on your name list straight away. If you want to collect something for the association on top of the dinner contribution, you set it up as an extra "support the association" ticket type or as adjustable service fees per sign-up — a voluntary extra on top of the ticket. With the CSV export you produce your badges and attendee list in one go. The proceeds land straight in the association's account through your own Mollie account, with no holding account or waiting period.
This is what it solves
Reaching former members you already have
You have the year group's email addresses, but signing up by back-and-forth mail gets stuck in scattered replies and manual counts. One sign-up link in the year-group mailing replaces the whole list and keeps the tally on its own.
Asking for a contribution to the association
At a reunion you often want to raise something for the next anniversary or the club fund, but a separate donation round feels detached from the sign-up. A "support the association" ticket type or a voluntary contribution as a service fee puts that request neatly inside the sign-up form.
Building the name list and badges
Who is coming again, and how do you spell that name? Without a central list, the door turns into fiddling with stray sign-up mails. The attendee list and CSV export give you a complete name list in one click to print badges from.
Everything you need
- One sign-up link to share in the year-group mailing to your existing former-member records
- Support-the-association as an extra ticket type or as a voluntary contribution via adjustable service fees
- CSV export of attendees for your name list, badges and attendance sheet at the door
- Proceeds straight to the association account through your own Mollie account, no holding account
Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

No subscription, no setup costs: you pay €0.25 or €0.50 per sold paid ticket (incl. VAT), depending on your plan. Free tickets are always fee-free. Selling high volumes? The Organizer plan lowers the fee to €0.25.

What does a reunion or anniversary dinner cost via MijnEvent?
By default you pay a flat €0.50 per paid sign-up sold — no subscription and no percentage of the amount. Free places, for honorary members or speakers for instance, are always fee-free. If you run several large gatherings a year, the organiser subscription (€14.95 once per event plus €0.25 per ticket) can work out better from around 60 attendees.
Can we ask for a contribution to the association during sign-up?
Yes, set up cleverly: there is no separate donation field. You create an extra "support the association" ticket type, or you add a voluntary contribution as an adjustable service fee on the sign-up. That way the former member pays the dinner and the extra contribution in one go, and everything keeps arriving in one account.
How do we make a name list and badges for the door?
Every sign-up lands in your attendee list, which you export as CSV. You use that list directly for your badges, attendance sheet and table plan. At the door you scan the QR code with a phone, or you tick off the name on the printed list.
We want separate sign-ups per year group — is that possible?
Yes. You set up a separate event per year group or per reunion, each with its own sign-up link and attendee list, so the class of '95 does not get mixed up with that of 2010. If you want to reach everyone at once, you make one shared event with ticket types per year group.
