Registration system for kids holiday weeks
Hut building, carpentry village or games week: registration with payment in one, the right details per child and capacity per age group guarded.
For kids holiday week and youth holiday work foundations, MijnEvent handles registrations with payment in one, at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid registration (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per edition), without a subscription. Per child you collect exactly the details you need — age, group, emergency contact, allergies — stored safely with the registration and tidied up neatly afterwards, just as the GDPR intends. Capacity per age group is guarded and a waiting list catches demand when a group fills up. Friends of the foundation and sponsors get their own page, and mailings to parents go out from the same system: the programme, what to bring, and after the week an automatic feedback question. Volunteers and free activities cost nothing. Revenue runs through the foundation’s own Mollie account and lands directly in the bank account.
This is what it solves
Paper registration forms and cash
Parents register online and pay directly with iDEAL | Wero — no retyping forms and no counting cash.
Emergency contacts and allergies in a binder
Per child, emergency contact and allergies sit safely with the registration — instantly findable when needed, tidied up when it is over.
Age groups filling up unevenly
Capacity per group is guarded and the waiting list moves along automatically — no disappointed children at the gate.
Everything you need

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list. This applies to public events; a private event with only free tickets behind an access code costs € 50 per event from 5 November 2026.

How do we collect emergency contacts and allergies?
With the attendee data module you decide which fields are required at registration. The data sits safely with the registration, is visible only to the organisation and can be cleaned up in one go after the week.
View the Attendee details module →Can we set a maximum per age group?
Yes, every group gets its own capacity. When a group is full, a child joins the waiting list and parents are notified automatically as soon as a spot opens.
Can sponsors and friends support us?
Yes, with the fundraising module friends of the foundation and sponsors get their own page for one-off or yearly contributions — visibly involved in the best week of the year.
