Sponsor tables, regular covers and a support ticket for those who cannot attend are set up as separate ticket types, each with its own price and capacity. Donors and relations you invite as guests receive a free ticket, which always stays fee-free. Visitors pay in advance with iDEAL through their own subdomain such as yourclub.mijnevent.nl, and the proceeds land directly in the club account via its own Mollie account — no holding account, no waiting period. For a recurring Christmas or seasonal drive you reuse the set-up each year, so a rotating board never has to start from scratch and the treasurer can account for proceeds per category neatly towards the cause.

No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

What does a charity night cost through MijnEvent?
A flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold (incl. VAT), with no subscription or start-up costs. If you expect to sell more than roughly 60 tickets, the Organiser plan (€14.95 per event, €0.25 per ticket) works out cheaper overall.
Does our board need to be tech-savvy?
No. You create the event, add the ticket types and share the subdomain through your newsletter, website or group chat. Stewards scan at the door with an ordinary phone and see green or red — that is all there is to it.
Can people support us without attending?
Yes, create a support ticket as a separate ticket type at an amount you choose. Those who cannot attend the night still contribute, and the proceeds appear in the same overview as the covers.
Our Christmas drive returns every year — can we use last year as a basis?
You set up the drive each year with the same ticket types and pricing, so the rotating board builds on a familiar structure. You export each edition's attendee list as CSV, handy for re-approaching loyal participants for the next drive.
