For Rotary Clubs, MijnEvent handles online ticketing for charity galas, golf days and charter nights at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold, with no subscription or start-up costs. Donors want to know their contribution reaches the cause: because the fee is a low fixed amount per ticket and does not rise with the price, the lion's share of every euro stays with the campaign. Invited guests, honorary members and sponsors receive a free ticket, and those are always entirely fee-free. Visitors pay in advance through their own subdomain such as yourclub.mijnevent.nl, and the proceeds land directly in the club account via the club's own Mollie account — no holding account, no waiting period. Alongside regular admission you set up sponsor tables, dinner tickets and VIP packages as separate ticket types, each with its own price and capacity, so the treasurer can account for proceeds per category transparently towards the board and the beneficiary foundation.

Free tickets are genuinely free
No catch: on free tickets — for members, volunteers, children or guests — MijnEvent never charges a fee. You only pay the €0.50 (or €0.25) on paid tickets. Many platforms charge on free registrations too; with us a free ticket costs nothing, however large your guest list.

What does ticketing for a Rotary charity event cost?
A flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold (incl. VAT), with no subscription or start-up costs. For a gala with many tickets, the Organiser plan (€14.95 per event, €0.25 per ticket) is cheaper from roughly 60 tickets onwards.
Do the proceeds really reach the club directly?
Yes. Payments run through the club's own Mollie account and land straight in the club account — no holding account and no waiting period. Creating a Mollie account is free with a chamber-of-commerce number and IBAN.
Can we sell sponsor tables and single seats at the same time?
Yes, each ticket type has its own price, capacity and sales period. So you can offer a sponsor table for ten, single dinner tickets and VIP packages side by side on the same page.
We also run a raffle and auction during the gala — can that sit alongside ticketing?
MijnEvent handles admission and ticketing; raffle strips and auction lots are easiest to sell on site or as a separate ticket type, for example a raffle strip at a fixed price. The admission proceeds and those extra sales then sit neatly together in the same dashboard, ready for reporting.
