For business events, MijnEvent combines registration, payment and check-in in one system at a flat rate of €0.50 per sold paid ticket — free registrations, for a networking event or client day for example, are always completely fee-free. Your organisation gets its own subdomain such as yourcompany.mijnevent.nl, which you share through LinkedIn, your newsletter or an invitation email. With multiple ticket types you set up early-bird rates, regular tickets and VIP seats, and with discount codes you give partners, speakers or members their own rate. At the entrance your colleagues scan QR codes with their phones, without getting access to management or finances, and the dashboard shows registrations live and exports the attendee list as CSV for follow-up. Revenue runs through your organisation's own Mollie account and lands directly in your business bank account. The ticket shop also meets WCAG AA accessibility — relevant now that the European Accessibility Act applies to online ticket sales.

What does MijnEvent cost for a business event?
There is no subscription and no setup cost: you pay €0.50 per sold paid ticket (incl. VAT). If you organise events regularly, there is a rate of €14.95 per event with €0.25 per ticket. Free registrations cost nothing.
Does MijnEvent also work for free networking events or client days?
Yes. You then use the system as a registration tool: sign-up, email confirmation with QR ticket and check-in work exactly the same — and free tickets are completely fee-free.
How quickly do we receive the ticket revenue?
Immediately. Payments run through your organisation's own Mollie account, so every sale lands in your business bank account without an intermediary balance or waiting period.
