The memberships module costs €99 per year plus €0.25 per collected billing period, including VAT. From 2,500 collections per year the fee drops to €0.28 and from 10,000 to €0.21. Free and trial memberships and failed collections are always fee-free — and the fees sit directly in the club's account via Mollie.

A season ticket is not a loose ticket but a recurring relationship, and the system treats it that way. Members sign up once, issue a direct debit mandate and renew automatically after that — per month, per season or per year, however you set it up. Reminders before renewal, follow-up of failed collections and a proper cancellation flow in line with Dutch subscription law are built in, so the board has nothing to chase and members never feel locked in.
On match days the digital card proves itself. The wallet pass with QR code ís the season ticket; at the gate you scan it with the free app for iOS and Android and instantly see whether the card is valid and the fees are current. And when the club organises a tournament, party night or championship reception, active members automatically get the member price in the ticket checkout — up to and including free entry — without anyone emailing discount codes around.

Can members cancel easily?
Yes, deliberately so: under Dutch subscription law, cancelling must be as easy as joining. Members cancel themselves via a link; you see the cancellation in your member overview right away and the collection stops automatically at the end of the period.
Does this work for both amateur and professional clubs?
Yes. You define the card types, periods and prices yourself — from a monthly membership at an amateur club to season tickets with reserved seats via the seating module. For large volumes there are tiered prices and custom agreements.
