 Website analytics

# See how many people look at your event page — without a cookie banner

You share a link in the group chat, post something on social media and then you are guessing: is anyone actually looking? Your admin screen shows you day by day how often your page was viewed and by how many different people. Measured without cookies — so your visitor never gets a banner to dismiss before reaching the tickets.

  How it works

## From page visit to graph in three steps

Nothing to install and nothing to connect — the measuring runs the moment your page goes live.

  1

### The measuring is already there

Your sales pages carry a small, cookie-free measurement script from ClearAnalytics. No tracking code to copy over, no separate account to create and no settings to work through.

   2

### Open the Visitors tab

Visitors sits among your usual overviews in the admin screen. There you see your whole subdomain at once — and on an event page you see the numbers for that one event only.

   3

### Pick your period

Seven, thirty or ninety days. You get the totals for that period and the individual days below them, so the spike after an announcement still shows up on the day it happened.

   What you see

## Exactly what your admin screen shows

No cloud of charts that needs a training course — just enough to know whether your page is being found.

      ### Page views

How often your page was opened during the chosen period, all added up. Someone who comes back three times to think it over counts three times here.

       ### Unique visitors

How many different people are behind those views. The gap between the two numbers tells you something about how often people return before they buy.

      ### Visitors per day

A graph with views and visitors side by side, day by day. Handy after a newsletter or a post: the verdict is simply on screen the next morning.

        ### Per event separately

Besides the total for your whole subdomain you can zoom in on a single event page. That shows whether that one event is really being viewed, or whether it is mostly your overview page pulling traffic.

   Without a cookie banner

## Measuring should not cost your visitor anything

Most analytics tools set a cookie, and that cookie forces you into a banner. This measures differently — so that banner is not there.

        ### No tracking cookies

The script places no cookie on your visitor's device and does not recognise them on other websites. That is why these statistics need no consent — and why nothing stands between your visitor and the buy button.

      ### No personal data

Only anonymised, aggregated numbers are recorded. You see that a hundred people looked, never who they were. So no profile is built that resurfaces in an advert later on.

      ### Processed in Europe

The statistics run through [ClearAnalytics.eu](https://clearanalytics.eu?utm_source=mijnevent&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=feature), our own analytics service that operates entirely within the EU. It is named explicitly in our sub-processor register, so you can copy it straight into your own privacy statement.

   Good to know

## The rough edges, up front

Better honest now than disappointed later, hunting for a button that is not there.

## It is a counter, not a marketing dashboard

You see views and unique visitors per day. A breakdown by referrer, device or country is not in your admin screen — deliberately, because this screen has to be readable at a glance.

## The numbers lag slightly

Statistics are kept for up to five minutes before they are fetched again. Someone who just clicked through is not in there yet. That makes no difference to the picture of a day; it is not meant as a live counter.

## Sales live on another screen

This page is about viewers. To see what actually sold and how many people checked in, look at [sales statistics](https://mijnevent.nl/en/statistics).

   Frequently asked questions

## Frequently asked questions

## Do I need a cookie banner for this?

Not for these statistics. No cookie is placed and no personal data is recorded, so there is nothing to ask consent for. Your visitor goes straight from the link to the tickets.

## Do I have to install or connect anything?

No. The measurement script is on your sales pages the moment you go live. No code to paste, no separate account, no setting you might forget to switch on.

## Can I export the numbers?

No, there is no download button. You view the numbers in your admin screen — per period, and per event page if you want. If you need something for a board meeting, a screenshot is the way for now.

## How far back can I look?

Seven, thirty or ninety days. For most events that is plenty — a pre-sale rarely starts more than a quarter before the date.

## Why do I not see any numbers yet?

Usually because nobody has been by during the chosen period; try a longer one. If you see a notice that statistics are not available yet, the connection has not been switched on platform-wide — let us know and we will sort it.

# Curious who is landing on your event page?

Website analytics is part of every pricing model. Nothing to switch on, nothing to connect and nothing extra to pay.
