Know where you stand at the door
During the event the app shows how many of your tickets actually made it inside — per entrance and per hour.
There is nothing to set up. The moment your first ticket is paid for, the charts are there.
Today, seven days, thirty days, ninety days, this year — or your own start and end date. On top of that you can zoom in on a single event, or even a single ticket type, so you can look at the early-bird tickets separately from the regular ones.
Revenue per day, tickets sold per day, the split across your ticket types, revenue per event and the status of your orders. Days without sales are shown too — a gap in the line often says as much as a peak.
If sales are lagging, there is still time for an extra push. If a ticket type is closing in on its capacity, you can open a waiting list in time or bring the next type forward. That is what live figures are for.
Exactly the numbers that change a decision — not a dashboard full of gauges you then do nothing with.
A line showing what was actually paid each day. Only successful payments count, so this is money that has genuinely arrived — not an order still hanging in the air.
Alongside revenue, a second line: the number of valid tickets per day. Together they show whether a busy day was also an expensive one, or whether it was mostly cheap tickets going over the counter.
The split across your ticket types, with the total number of tickets above it. That tells you whether the VIP upgrade you hesitated over is really selling, or whether nearly everyone just buys the standard ticket.
Below that: which events bring in the most revenue, how your orders divide across paid, open, cancelled and refunded, and a table with your ten best buyers. Their email address is shown partly masked — as it should be.

Until the doors open, sales are the story. After that you want to know one thing: how many people are inside? Those numbers live in the app, where they are actually usable.
While scanning, your steward sees how many valid tickets have been checked in and how many there are in total. Scans at the other entrances count too. If the network drops out, the app keeps counting locally and syncs up later.
As the organiser you see the percentage inside, the scans per hour and the split across your entrances, all in the app. It refreshes every fifteen seconds, so you do not have to stand at the gate to notice the side entrance jamming up.
Keep the event open on a laptop and you will see incoming check-ins scroll past live. Handy when you are watching from an office or backstage while others work the door.
For an event running over several days you look at the check-ins day by day. What came in yesterday does not cloud what is happening tonight.
We would rather be honest now than have you hunt for a button that is not there.
As long as your data stays in your admin screen, it sits behind your login, your two-factor and your activity log. A downloaded CSV has none of that. It ends up in a downloads folder, gets emailed to a colleague, stays behind on a laptop someone else takes over. That is where things go wrong with visitor data in practice — rarely at the vendor, usually with a file that lingered too long. So our advice is simple: read everything you can right here, in the closed environment. Does an analysis genuinely need a CSV? Email us what you are trying to work out — and we will look at whether we can build it into the admin screen, so the download is no longer needed.
The statistics screen on your computer is about sales. The live check-in figures — occupancy, per entrance, per hour — live in the MijnEvent app. That is deliberate: at the door you want big numbers on a phone, not a dashboard.
