With MijnEvent you set the group size per cohort; once a group is full, the next enrollment automatically joins the waiting list and is notified when a spot opens up. Every participant gets one QR pass covering the whole series, with the full schedule on their phone, and you have an attendance list at hand for every session. Course fees land directly in your own organisation's account via Mollie. The fee is €0.50 per enrollment — not per session — including VAT, and free series are entirely fee-free.

The registration system is built for everything that consists of multiple sessions. A one-evening workshop, a ten-week course, an ongoing training with monthly intake: per course you set the start date, the number of sessions, the group size and the price for the whole series. Multiple cohorts side by side — a Tuesday and a Thursday group — are simply two courses, each with their own capacity and waiting list, so you never have to shuffle participants around by hand.
The details are covered too. Participants automatically receive a confirmation and the complete course schedule in their wallet pass, so the question "when was lesson four again?" answers itself. Want to collect extra details at enrollment — level, dietary requirements for the cooking workshop, sizing — then you attach your own questions to the enrollment. And if someone cancels, the first person on the waiting list moves up automatically and is notified right away.
Financially it stays clear: course fees land directly in your organisation's account via Mollie Connect and the fee is a flat €0.50 per enrollment — not per lesson, so a series of ten sessions costs you the same as one workshop. Frequently asked questions about the registration system
Can I add participants myself or move them to another course?
Both. If someone does not sign up online — at the desk, by phone or by email — you place them yourself, with a payment link you forward or free of charge. And if someone ended up in the wrong course, you move them to the right group along with their payment. The freed-up seat goes straight to the waiting list, and any price difference is shown so you decide whether to collect or refund it.
Can members get a lower course price?
Yes. Alongside the regular price you set a member rate per group. Anyone signing up with valid proof of membership gets that rate automatically — no discount codes to email around.
Can I collect extra details at sign-up?
Yes, with the attendee details module. You link a form to a course and to the groups you choose, and ask exactly what you need. The deadline counts back from the first lesson and the link sits in the same email as the series pass.
Can I put a single course on my own website?
Yes. Besides your complete course catalogue, one extra line of code shows exactly one course — handy on a page about that one workshop. The ready-made code is in your admin under Integrations.
What does the course registration system cost?
A flat fee of €0.50 per enrollment, including VAT — not per session. From 1,000 enrollments per year €0.40, from 5,000 €0.30. Free series are fee-free. There is no subscription and there are no setup costs.
How does the waiting list work for a full course?
You set the maximum group size per cohort. When the group is full, every next enrollment automatically joins the waiting list. When a spot opens up — for instance after a cancellation — the first person on the list is automatically notified.
Can I track attendance per lesson?
Yes. Every session has an attendance list: scan the participant's QR pass or tick them off manually. You see each participant's attendance across the whole series, useful for certificates and follow-up.
Can participants pay in instalments?
By default participants pay for the series in one go at enrollment. Instalment payments are not part of the standard module; we build that on request — get in touch.
When do I receive the course fees?
Immediately. Payments flow via Mollie Connect straight to your own organisation's Mollie account, and Mollie transfers to your bank account on your own payout schedule. MijnEvent holds nothing back.
Does this also work for free courses or trial lessons?
Yes, and they are entirely fee-free. Free enrollments also get a QR pass, confirmation email and a place on the attendance list — so you know in advance who is coming.
Can I copy a group or course for a new season?
Yes. You duplicate a group as a new intake: same price, same places and the same lessons, on a new start date. Every lesson keeps its time, so the Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm stays a Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm. A whole course can be copied with or without its groups. Enrolments, attendance and the waiting list never come along.
