Buy it online, pick an amount and add it to Apple or Google Wallet. At every participating shop you draw from that same balance. Shopping locally, one balance, spendable anywhere in the town centre: that's what a **city voucher** does. Not a separate balance per shop, but a single voucher with a QR code that works at every participant. Here's how you buy and spend one. # Step 1: buy the voucher online On the voucher page you pick the **amount**: €10, €25, €50 or €100. You enter your email address and pay with iDEAL | Wero. Want to spend more than €100? Simply buy several vouchers. # Step 2: receive your voucher Straight after your purchase the voucher arrives **by email**, with a QR code and your opening balance. You need no account and no app — the voucher stands on its own. Giving it as a gift? Tick the box when you buy and the voucher goes straight to the recipient, with your message alongside it. # Step 3: into your wallet Tap **Add to Apple Wallet** or **Google Wallet** and the voucher sits alongside your bank cards and tickets. Handy: after every purchase the voucher updates itself, so you always know what's left without digging out the email. # Step 4: spending it in town At a participating shop you show the QR code. The shopkeeper deducts the amount from your voucher; the **remainder stays put** for next time. So you don't have to decide upfront which shop gets the voucher — the whole centre takes part. After each purchase you get an email with your new balance. # Put the voucher in your name — and freeze it when something is off On the balance page you can **link the voucher to your email address**. That registers you as the holder: the voucher shows up in your account, and if someone else ever links it to a different address, you automatically get a warning about it. Spot a purchase you don't recognise in an email? Then you **freeze the card with one button** — spending and topping up lock down, but your balance simply stays put until the issuer releases the card again.
