MijnEvent starts with ticket sales, but many organisers want to add something after a while. A sports club wants to offer courses, a festival lets sponsors send their own partner tickets, a rental business wants to rent out boats per half day. You do that with modules.
Until now you emailed us when you wanted to use a module. You can now do it straight from your dashboard.
How to request a module
- In your dashboard, go to Modules.
- Under Available on request you see the modules that are not active yet, with what they do and what they cost.
- Tick Request on every module you want to use. You can pick several at once.
- Click Request at the bottom.
- For each module, briefly tell us what you want to do with it. You can also tell us why, but you don't have to.
- Click Send request.
You immediately receive a confirmation by email listing the modules you requested.
What happens next
We review your request within 24 hours. We do that per module, so one module may be switched on straight away while we want to talk to you about another one first.
- Approved: the module appears in your dashboard straight away. You receive an email and, in a separate email, the module terms. You accept them when you first open the module.
- Not now: you receive an email with an explanation. You can simply reply to it, and you can request the module again later.
While your request is open, the module shows Requested. Changed your mind? Click Withdraw request.
Why we ask what you want to do with it
Every module works a little differently. If we know what you want to use it for, we can set it up properly, or tell you that another module fits better. One or two sentences is enough.
Who can request modules?
The owner of the organisation, and team members who may manage the plan. Other team members can see which modules have been requested, but cannot request or withdraw anything themselves.
What each module costs is shown on its card in your dashboard and on the module pages, which always show the current rate.
