Viewing statistics and exporting data as CSV

Always a view of how your event is doing

Organising an event means constantly making small decisions: extra promotion, switching on an additional ticket type, or wrapping up in good time. For that you need up-to-date figures. In the MijnEvent admin panel you see in real time how you're doing for each event.

You don't have to refresh anything or wait for a daily report — the figures move along with your sales.

The key figures per event

For each event the admin panel shows three important numbers at a glance:

  • Total revenue — what your event has brought in so far.
  • Number of tickets sold — how many tickets have been sold across all types.
  • Number of check-ins — how many visitors have actually been checked in at the entrance.

Together these three give you a clear picture. Revenue and tickets sold tell you how the advance sale is going; the check-ins show on the day itself how many people are really inside.

Steering smartly with your figures

With this information you can make good choices both in the run-up and on the event day:

  • Are sales lagging? Then you know your promotion needs an extra push.
  • Is a ticket type nearing its capacity? Then you can consider a waiting list or a new type in good time.
  • Want to know how many people are already inside? The check-ins give you that live during the event.

Exporting as CSV

You don't do all your administration inside MijnEvent. For your own bookkeeping, a report or an analysis in a spreadsheet program, you can export your data as a CSV file.

You can export:

  • Orders — an overview of the orders placed for your event.
  • Visitor details — the details of the people who bought tickets.

A CSV opens in virtually any spreadsheet program, such as Excel or Numbers. That makes it easy to filter, total, create pivot tables or forward the data to your accountant.

What you use the export for

A few examples from practice:

  • Administration — link your sales to your own bookkeeping.
  • Reporting — create an overview for partners, sponsors or a grant provider.
  • Analysis — investigate which ticket types perform best, so you can set up your next event even more sharply.

In short

In the admin panel you track your revenue, tickets sold and check-ins per event in real time. Want to dig deeper into the figures or process them in your own records? Then export orders and visitor details as CSV with just a few clicks. That way you keep an overview not only during your event, but afterwards too.
