A basic website starts at €450 one-off plus €49 per month for hosting, maintenance and support. Without an upfront investment you pay €119 per month over a 36-month term. Larger projects have their own rate; you always get a fixed price in advance.

## What organisations like yours ask

## Does the site sit on our own domain?

  Yes, and for a city card that is usually a hard requirement. The site runs on your domain, in your branding, with MijnEvent nowhere visible. Visitors and shopkeepers see only your brand.

## How do shopkeepers scan the card?

  With their own phone, through a login that shows only their own transactions. They scan the QR, the amount is deducted and the customer sees the remaining balance. No extra hardware is needed.

## Can people check their balance?

  Yes. On the site they enter their card code and see the current balance and expiry date. That saves you and your shopkeepers a great many phone calls.

## Can we issue the card physically as well?

  Yes. Alongside a digital card there is a physical card with a QR on it, for people who do not use a smartphone. For a municipal scheme that is often exactly the group you do not want to exclude.

## How are the businesses paid out?

  You get a payout overview of what was spent per business. MijnEvent generates a SEPA file from it that you submit to your own bank — the money does not run through us, which keeps the scheme simpler.

## Can new shopkeepers sign up themselves?

  Yes. The site has a page for businesses with an explanation and a sign-up form. You approve the application, and the shop then appears automatically in the directory and on the map.
