  In short

## What goes into a theatre website?

A theatre website through MijnEvent holds a programme with filters on genre and period, a detail page per production gathering all its performance dates in one place, and an interactive seating plan where visitors pick their own seat — in your branding, with an accessible list view as an alternative for anyone who cannot work with a plan. Alongside that, venue hire for third parties with an availability calendar, and a page for your regulars. The seat number appears on the ticket and in the wallet pass, and at the door you scan per entrance or per tier. A basic website starts at €450 one-off plus €49 per month; a theatre with seating plans is typically a more extensive project.

   Sound familiar?

## Sound familiar?

- ! Visitors pick their seat in an environment that looks nothing like your own site.
- ! A production with five performance dates sits in your calendar five separate times.
- ! Venue hire runs through email, while your calendar is already in a system.

   The pages

   What runs inside it

## The parts that make your site work

These modules run straight inside your website. Your visitor notices nothing; they simply stay on your site.

   On site

## And then everyone turns up

The seat number is on the ticket and in the visitor's wallet pass. At the door you scan per entrance or per tier, so a sold-out hall does not become one queue. In management you see how many people are inside before the performance starts.

   Pricing

## What it costs

A basic website starts at €450 one-off plus €49 per month for hosting, maintenance and support. Without an upfront investment you pay €119 per month over a 36-month term. Larger projects have their own rate; you always get a fixed price in advance.

   Frequently asked questions

## What organisations like yours ask

## Does the seating plan look like our hall?

Yes. The plan is set up for your hall — tiers, rows, numbering and any wheelchair spaces — and takes your branding colours. Visitors click their seat; anyone who prefers a list uses an accessible list view.

## Can one production have several performance dates?

Yes, and it should: the production is one page listing all its dates. That reads better for your visitor and avoids the same text appearing in Google five times, which harms your findability.

## Can we offer season subscriptions?

A fixed season pass or membership works through the memberships module. A pick-your-own subscription — "choose five productions from the programme at a discount" — does not yet exist as a ready-made feature; we discuss that during intake so you know where you stand before signing.

## Can we hire out our hall through the site?

Yes. With the rentals module you put the hall online with an availability calendar that accounts for your own programming. Applicants see when it is possible and request or book directly.

## What happens to seats that are temporarily reserved?

As soon as a visitor picks a seat it is held briefly for them while they check out. If they do not complete it, the seat frees up by itself. That way you never sell the same seat twice.

## Does this work for a small venue or a film house?

Yes. The plan scales from a fifty-seat room to a large theatre with tiers. For a small unnumbered hall you can work without a plan altogether.

One conversation is enough for a first indication. A fixed price follows, and the build only starts once you agree.
