  In short

## What goes into an event website?

An event website through MijnEvent holds an overview of your editions, a detail page per event with programme and line-up, practical information about the venue and how to get there, and the ticket widget inline on the event page itself — your visitor never leaves your site to buy a ticket. Artists get their own page, which is separately findable. On site you scan those same tickets with the check-in app, and visitors keep their ticket in Apple or Google Wallet. Design and build are done by Coding Agency; the ticketing, wallet passes and check-in come from MijnEvent. A basic website starts at €450 one-off plus €49 per month.

   Sound familiar?

## Sound familiar?

- ! Your programme is on your site, your tickets sit with another supplier, and the link between them is a button that sends people away.
- ! At the gate you work from an exported list, because the site and the ticketing system know nothing about each other.
- ! Every edition means rebuilding the same pages, because there is no structure underneath.

   The pages

## What goes on your site

- Event overview with upcoming and past editions
- A detail page per event: programme, schedule and line-up
- Artist pages that are findable in their own right
- Venue and access, with a map and parking advice
- Ticket widget inline on the event page, without a redirect
- News, frequently asked questions and a contact page

   What runs inside it

## The parts that make your site work

These modules run straight inside your website. Your visitor notices nothing; they simply stay on your site.

   On site

## And then everyone turns up

At the entrance you scan the QR codes your site sold, using the check-in app. Visitors hold their ticket in Apple or Google Wallet, carrying your branding. In management you see live how many people are inside, and if the programme changes you mail or push that to everyone holding a ticket.

   Pricing

## What it costs

A basic website starts at €450 one-off plus €49 per month for hosting, maintenance and support. Without an upfront investment you pay €119 per month over a 36-month term. Larger projects have their own rate; you always get a fixed price in advance.

   Frequently asked questions

## What organisations like yours ask

## Can I put several editions on one site?

Yes. The event overview shows your upcoming editions, and past ones remain as an archive. That archive is worth more than you think: it shows you have been around for years, and those pages stay findable in Google.

## Does my visitor leave the site to buy a ticket?

No. The ticket widget sits inline on your event page: choosing, filling in details and paying all happen there. Only for the payment itself does the visitor enter the secure payment environment, as with any web shop, and then returns to your own site.

## Can I add a new event myself?

Yes, in MijnEvent management — that is where you create the event, the ticket types and the prices. Your website picks that up automatically, so nothing has to be entered twice.

## Does the seating plan with seat selection work too?

Yes, if you use numbered seats. Visitors pick their seat on a plan in your own branding, and the seat number appears on the ticket and in the wallet pass.

## Can I ask afterwards what visitors thought?

Yes, with the feedback module. It sends one short survey after the event to the people who actually checked in, and the answers cannot technically be traced back to a person. Useful for your next edition, and for your sponsors.

## What if my event only happens once a year?

Then your site sits still the rest of the year, and that is fine — it stays findable and the monthly amount covers hosting and maintenance. Many organisers use the months in between for news, a look back and the announcement of the next edition.

One conversation is enough for a first indication. A fixed price follows, and the build only starts once you agree.
