  In short

## What goes into a festival website?

A festival website through MijnEvent holds a multi-day programme with stages and a timeline, a line-up with filters, and ticket sales for day, weekend and combination tickets. Visitors reserve their camping pitch and parking space in advance and see which food trucks will be there. On site it all comes together: you scan at several gates with the check-in app, food trucks take their own orders, and the safety dashboard shows how many people are inside per gate. In an emergency you reach everyone on the site with one message. A basic website starts at €450 one-off plus €49 per month; a festival with camping and cashless is typically a more extensive project.

   Sound familiar?

## Sound familiar?

- ! Tickets, camping and parking each run through a different system, and nobody knows who has what.
- ! At the gate you work from lists, and when it gets busy you have no idea how many people are already inside.
- ! The tokens are plastic, the till is a shoebox and afterwards the count does not add up.

   What runs inside it

## The parts that make your site work

These modules run straight inside your website. Your visitor notices nothing; they simply stay on your site.

## And then everyone turns up

You scan at several gates at once with the check-in app, even when the network falters. Visitors order at the food trucks by QR or at the counter and collect by number. The safety dashboard shows how many people are inside per gate, and in an emergency you reach everyone on the site with one message.

   Pricing

## What it costs

A basic website starts at €450 one-off plus €49 per month for hosting, maintenance and support. Without an upfront investment you pay €119 per month over a 36-month term. Larger projects have their own rate; you always get a fixed price in advance.

   Frequently asked questions

## What organisations like yours ask

## Can visitors reserve a camping pitch or parking space in advance?

Yes. Camping and parking run through the rentals and parking modules: visitors reserve and pay in advance and get a QR as proof at the entrance. That saves you a queue at the barrier and tells you in advance how full it will be.

## Does the check-in work if the network drops?

Yes. The check-in app keeps working offline and syncs as soon as there is a connection again. On a festival site that is not a luxury but a precondition.

## Can we use digital tokens at the bar?

The cashless module is still in development: topping up balance works, but deducting at the bar and refunding remaining balance are not finished. We take it along during intake and say honestly what will be in place by your festival date. Ordering at the food trucks by QR works today.

## Can food trucks take their own orders?

Yes. Visitors order by QR or at the counter, and the truck sees the order on its own till screen. Collection is by number, so you avoid chaos at the stand.

## What can we see in the dashboard during the festival?

How many people came in per gate, how that develops across the day, and whether anything looks off. It is based on what was actually scanned — admitted visitors, not an estimate.

## Can we schedule volunteers through the site too?

Volunteer scheduling is something we discuss during intake. What exists today: adding volunteers as controllers with their own login and PIN, so they can scan at the gate without access to the rest of your management.

One conversation is enough for a first indication. A fixed price follows, and the build only starts once you agree.
