Pricing ## What it costs A basic website starts at €450 one-off plus €49 per month for hosting, maintenance and support. Without an upfront investment you pay €119 per month over a 36-month term. That depends on your association. A connection to a system such as Sportlink is additional work and sometimes not possible; entering results by hand is something nobody keeps up. That is why we discuss it explicitly during intake, so you know in advance what is and is not possible. ## How does collecting dues work? By direct debit. Members give a mandate when signing up and dues are collected per period, with automatic renewal. Failed collections show up in the overview. ## Can we sell both season tickets and single tickets? Yes, side by side. The season ticket is a membership with a wallet pass; single-match tickets are ordinary ticket sales per fixture. At the gate you scan both with the same app. ## Can we pay cashless in the clubhouse? The cashless module is still in development: topping up balance works, but deducting at the bar and refunding remaining balance are not finished. We would rather mention that now than at delivery; during intake we discuss what will be in place by then. ## Can we take sign-ups for training and clinics? Yes, with the courses module. You put a training session or clinic online with the number of places, and participants sign up and pay. Once it is full, a waiting list opens automatically. ## Can volunteers scan at the gate without access to the rest? Yes. A controller gets their own login with a PIN and only sees the scanning screen for the fixtures they are assigned to. They cannot reach your membership administration or finances.
