- After a successful payment your tickets are emailed automatically as a PDF with a separate QR code per ticket, and are also stored in your account.
- For a group order you also get one combined QR code, so a single scan checks in your whole group at once.
- You log in to your account without a password using a magic link, where you can view and download your tickets again on any device.
- No email? Check your spam folder or use "Lost your tickets? Log in" on the event page to get a magic link and reach your tickets.

# Straight to your inbox after payment

Have you just bought tickets? Then there's nothing special you need to do. As soon as your payment succeeds, we send your tickets automatically by email. You'll find them as a PDF attachment in that message, with a separate QR code for each ticket. That QR code is your proof of entry: it's scanned at the door and you're let in.

Feel free to open the PDF to check that everything is correct. For each ticket you'll see the name of the event and the QR code. Keep the email, or save the PDF to your phone, so you have it to hand on the day itself.

# One QR code for your whole group

Did you buy tickets for several people at once? Then, alongside the individual tickets, you'll also get a handy combined QR code for the entire order. With a single scan, the inspector checks in your whole group at once. That saves hassle at the door, especially when you arrive as a larger group.

You can still use the individual tickets if you arrive separately. Both work.

# Finding them again in your account

Your tickets aren't only in your inbox — they're also always safely stored in your account dashboard. Logging in works without a password: you request a magic link and click the link in the email you receive. After that you're logged in straight away and can see all your orders and tickets in one place.

In your account you can view and download your tickets again whenever you like. Handy if you've lost the confirmation email or need your tickets on a different device.

# Tickets in your wallet (optional)

For some events you'll see buttons to add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. A quick tap and your ticket sits neatly among your other passes, so you don't have to go searching at the door. Whether this option is available depends on the event.

# No email received?

Sometimes a confirmation email doesn't arrive straight away. If so, run through these steps:

- **Check your spam or junk folder.** That's where the email sometimes ends up.
- **Make sure you entered the correct email address** with your order.
- **Use "Lost your tickets? Log in"** on the event page. You enter your email address, get a magic link, and instantly have access to your tickets in your account again.

With this "Lost your tickets?" option you can almost always sort it out yourself, without waiting for a reply. Your tickets are always linked to your account, so they're never truly lost.

# In short

- After a successful payment you receive your tickets automatically by email as a PDF with a QR code.
- For a group there's a combined QR code: one scan checks everyone in.
- Your tickets are also always in your account, accessible via a magic link.
- No email? Check your spam folder and use "Lost your tickets? Log in" on the event page.

That way your tickets are always within reach and you can arrive relaxed at the door.

## Applying for council funding for your 2027 event? Your numbers weigh more than your story

Most Dutch municipalities close their 2027 event funding windows in September and October. The pots are smaller and the applications are not — organisers with hard visitor numbers go to the front of the queue.

## One course on your own site, not your whole catalogue

The module widget always showed the full storefront. One extra attribute now puts exactly the right offering on the page where it belongs.

## Signed up for the wrong course? Move them instead of charging them twice

You can now place participants in a group yourself and move them between groups, with a member rate and the details you need alongside.
