VAT per ticket. - Below a ticket price of roughly €6.25, TicketView is cheaper than our €0.50 Pay as you go fee; against the €0.25 of the Organiser plan that break-even sits around €3.15. - Fully free events are contractually not permitted (art. 3.4), with an authorisation to invoice by ticket count anyway. - "Free for the organizer" only holds if you pass all costs to the visitor — that is in their own small print. - The visitor pays TicketView, which then forwards to the organizer (art. 6.2 and 6.3). - No payment provider is named and no payout term is published. # Privacy by design — only what is needed MijnEvent only asks visitors for what a ticket really requires: name and email address — city is optional. No phone number, date of birth or full address: tickets do not need them, and elsewhere they are mostly collected for marketing. With a valid opt-in you load them into your own newsletter service and connect that to the checkout. - Your Mollie account. You connect it again and payouts keep landing straight in your own account. - Your branding: logo, colours and your own subdomain, so visitors see your name and not the platform's. - Your own website and existing links — point the "Tickets" button at your subdomain or place the ticket widget on your own page. ## This you set up again - Your events, ticket types and prices are created again in your dashboard. - Your service fees are set again per ticket type. - Your stewards receive an invitation and set their own PIN for the scanning app. - Modules you use — rentals, parking, memberships — are switched on one by one. What does not come with you: tickets already sold through TicketView. Those stay valid there and their QR codes are not recognised by us — we do not import orders from another system.
