Largest international ticketing platform
View comparisonBilletto is free to start and offers extra reach via its own marketplace, but the buyer costs are percentage-based. Here is the comparison.
Points to weigh when considering a Billetto alternative:
High buyer fees (3.9% + €0.90) dampen conversion
Payout only 3-5 days after the event
No Dutch-language support
No Mollie/iDEAL guarantee

Features MijnEvent includes by default that Billetto does not offer (or does not publish):
Whether your ticket costs €1 or €1,000: the fee stays the same. No percentage of your revenue.
Direct payouts to your own Mollie account.
Set your own service fee per ticket type.
Visitors arrange their own VAT invoice — nothing for you to create or send.
Visitors resell safely — you stay in control.
Tickets straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — always at hand, even offline.
Cookie-free, tracking-free visitor statistics on your sales pages via ClearAnalytics.eu — no cookie banner and no consent required.
Rent out equipment, spaces or activities — with deposits, an availability calendar and QR passes.
Billetto sells tickets. MijnEvent sells tickets and rents out your boats, halls and equipment, seats your visitors on a floor plan, sells your merchandise, takes orders at the bar and the food trucks, manages your memberships and season passes, handles your parking and camping pitches, enrols your course participants, collects your donations, gathers anonymous feedback afterwards and builds your entire website if you want one — all on the same account, with the same Mollie connection, for a flat fee per transaction.
International platform, free for the organizer, with its own marketplace for extra reach.
12 of these 18 capabilities are missing from Billetto.
You switch every module on or off yourself. Click through for what it does and what it costs. Dimmed = Billetto offers this as well.
MijnEvent only asks visitors for what a ticket really requires: name and email address — city is optional. No phone number, date of birth or full address: tickets do not need them, and elsewhere they are mostly collected for marketing. Less data means less risk for you and your visitors (GDPR).
Your first event online within 15 minutes. No technical knowledge needed, no long contracts.

An honest overview of what you take with you, what you set up again, and what stays behind at Billetto.
What does not come with you: tickets already sold through Billetto. Those stay valid there and their QR codes are not recognised by us — we do not import orders from another system. Most organisers therefore switch between two events, or let a running event finish at their current provider while the next one is already set up at MijnEvent.

View comparisonChoose Billetto if risk-free starting and extra reach via the marketplace matter more to you than low buyer costs — that consumer discovery is something MijnEvent deliberately does not have.
This comparison is based on our own observation of public sources (such as the pricing and feature pages of Billetto). We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we may have overlooked something or information may have changed since.
Spot an inaccuracy? Let us know — whether you are a visitor or involved with Billetto yourself. If an owner points out an inaccuracy and explains it, we adjust it quickly.
Would you as Billetto rather not appear in this comparison at all? You can email us that too — we will remove you from the comparison, no questions asked.
