When is ticket.io the better choice?
Choose ticket.io if you run a large, operationally complex live event in Germany, Austria or Croatia. Their strength is the gate: turnstiles, a staffed box office, pre-sale outlets, entry staff booking and consultancy, all from one partner. If you need twenty scanners, a staffed box office and hardware for fifteen thousand visitors, one supplier who both rents and staffs the turnstiles is worth more than a published price list. At high volume there is also room to negotiate.
